Day 4 - June 11
We had to get up really early for the Hot Air Balloon session with Ballooning.es as the meeting time was 6.15am at the Plaza Catalunya area! You can see how tired Sheryl was:
Unfortunately for us, while we arrived on time, we realized that we had left Sheryl’s DSLR’s SD card back at the lodging place, and I had only brought my prime lens out. Even worse, my SD card didn’t work in her camera for some reason :(.

Day 3 - June 10
One of greatest life lessons I can offer you - When travelling with a girl, there is bound to be some shopping, even if you had left it out of the itinerary somehow. Second life lesson - Never stop a girl from shopping :P.

Specifically, I had 3 friends who were able to provide me with the necessary financial support to allow me to push through with my decision. Would I have gone ahead if it wasn’t for them?

I still remember I was in my 2nd year of National Service when I applied for a scholarship, that will pay for my university, give me an allowance, and also guarantee me a job when I finally graduate from university.
After a couple of tests and interviews, I was informed that I was selected. I was ecstatic. The idea of not needing my parents to support me through university, the sense of knowing that I”ll have a job once I graduate. That job is of course a bond that Ill have to serve for 3 years as part of the scholarship’s agreement.
